Progress, not perfection.
It took me many years before I truly adopted this mentality into my life. Throughout most of my childhood and early adult years, I was in a constant battle with myself concerning my weight. I came to a turning point in my life where I knew if stayed in the place that I was mentally and physically, I would be missing out on so much. So many of the choices I had made throughout my life were heavily influenced by my poor self-image. I decided no more would that be the case. Life is too short to be anything but HAPPY and HEALTHY. Everyday is a gift from God.
After participating in consistent positive mindset practices, nutritional/exercise education and finding that amazing community support, was when I was able to walk into the life I was meant to love and live. I was blessed enough to be part the most incredible group fitness community in New York for over 10 years. In these years I have heard from so many of my former colleagues and students and I have humbled by their openness to share their most personal health journeys and struggle with me.
I have learned WE ARE ALL struggling with something. No one is perfect. But what are we doing on the DAILY to help us move forward toward progress, toward our developing our own happiness? You deserve that. And you deserve to give yourself the love that you so freely give to others.
It is my deepest passion to inspire others to develop into a daily practice of self-love and appreciation. And it all starts with taking control of our health. Without our health we have nothing.
It is so important to me that I create a safe and supportive space for my team.
I believe in creating a holistic approach to my work by supporting my clients through mind, body and nutrition . All of these components are essential to maintaining a healthy living.
I hope to provide a deep and meaningful coaching experience for my clients.
I hope to mentor, inspire, guide, motivate, and hold each individual on the team accountable to achieving their goals.
